Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to follow guidelines
  • Handle pace and pressure
  • Listening, conflict resolution
  • Communication skills
  • Hospitality and guest service
  • Age requirement of 18 years or older
  • Schedule and travel flexibility including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Arrive and clock in/out on time
  • Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred

  • Commitment to clocking in/out for breaks as scheduled
  • Provide sufficient notice for shift call-outs.

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support all hotel groups and events with awareness
  • Answer all incoming calls using approved friendly greetings
  • Keep all workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests with hospitality while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately each shift
  • Submit and review shift handover reports timely and accurately
  • Wear clean, approved uniforms and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate to foster a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
  • Manage the guest request log proactively
  • Monitor VIP guests and special requests
  • Lead daily housekeeping team stand-ups in absence of the Executive Housekeeper
  • Inspect rooms and public areas ensuring quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and mechanical rooms
  • Stock supplies for housekeeping cart set-up
  • Remove trash and replace linens in guest rooms
  • Conduct deep cleaning as needed with maintenance coordination
  • Hold daily departmental meetings if Executive Housekeeper is absent
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies inventory
  • Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
  • Balance nightly room status reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain lost and found procedures in accordance with standards
  • Ensure chemical safety compliance per OSHA
  • Maintain departmental key control system.
