Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
  • work collaboratively to contribute to excellent guest satisfaction scores
  • handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
  • maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • support hotel groups and events
  • answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
  • keep all workspaces both front and back of house clean and well-organized
  • pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • always greet guests happily by name while cleaning
  • complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • ensure shift handover reports are accurate and timely
  • wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed per company standards with nametag and smile at all times
  • communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • show willingness to stretch beyond traditional role to meet business and guest needs
  • collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and positive workplace
  • manage guest request log daily and proactively address problems
  • monitor VIPs and special requests
  • oversee housekeeping team and conduct daily team meetings
  • inspect guest rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and quality
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and mechanical rooms
  • stock guest and cleaning supplies and prepare housekeeping carts
  • remove trash and dirty linen, replace linens, replenish supplies
  • conduct deep cleaning with maintenance coordination
  • maintain housekeeping supply inventory and order supplies
  • monitor maintenance work orders and follow up
  • balance and clear room status nightly
  • manage lost and found procedures
  • ensure chemical safety compliance
  • maintain key control system for department
