Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training or certification in hospitality or management is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service
  • Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow
  • Address and resolve any guest or resident concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and maintenance requests
