Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years custodial experience including 1+ year in a leadership role
strong communication and team-building skills
comfortable working nights, weekends, and high-energy events
ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all conditions
own a smartphone and comfortable using basic work apps

Job Duties

Supervise, train, and support a team of housekeeping staff
coordinate event support and cleaning schedules across both venues
ensure safe and efficient housekeeping practices
jump in to assist with cleaning duties when needed
represent Walton Arts Center/AMP positively with patrons, staff, and vendors
collaborate with other departments and attend weekly planning meetings
