Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- proof of meeting Oklahoma state requirements regarding auto licensing
- driver license
- ability to work shifts including day, evening, morning, and weekends
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- commitment to safety and OSHA standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- proof of meeting Oklahoma state requirements regarding auto licensing
- driver license
- 12 months in the hospitality or janitorial industry preferred
- 12 months of supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff
- works alongside staff to ensure clean guest rooms for daily arrivals and stayovers
- ensures public areas and bathrooms are clean and ready
- assists guests in a courteous manner
- resolves guest and staff inquiries or concerns
- efficiently completes daily housekeeping tasks including changing linens and cleaning bathrooms
- cleans windows, blinds, carpets, and furniture
- cleans up bodily fluids and human waste safely
- uses cleaning solvents in compliance with OSHA regulations
- inspects furniture and room fixtures for maintenance needs and reports issues
- organizes and stocks housekeeping supplies and equipment
- maintains laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and storage
- trains and supervises housekeeping and laundry teams
- maintains communication with other departments
