Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • proof of meeting Oklahoma state requirements regarding auto licensing
  • driver license
  • ability to work shifts including day, evening, morning, and weekends
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • commitment to safety and OSHA standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • proof of meeting Oklahoma state requirements regarding auto licensing
  • driver license
  • 12 months in the hospitality or janitorial industry preferred
  • 12 months of supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff
  • works alongside staff to ensure clean guest rooms for daily arrivals and stayovers
  • ensures public areas and bathrooms are clean and ready
  • assists guests in a courteous manner
  • resolves guest and staff inquiries or concerns
  • efficiently completes daily housekeeping tasks including changing linens and cleaning bathrooms
  • cleans windows, blinds, carpets, and furniture
  • cleans up bodily fluids and human waste safely
  • uses cleaning solvents in compliance with OSHA regulations
  • inspects furniture and room fixtures for maintenance needs and reports issues
  • organizes and stocks housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • maintains laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and storage
  • trains and supervises housekeeping and laundry teams
  • maintains communication with other departments
