Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years in leadership housekeeping position
- Minimum of high school education
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
- Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles
- Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis
- Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately
- Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
- Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
- Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
- Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness
- Perform opening and closing shift duties
- Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary
- Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
- Acts as Manager on Duty when required
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
