Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged required
  • 1+ experience in hospitality preferred or equivalent
  • ability to walk, kneel, stoop and stand for entire shift
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to work evening shifts and open availability
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficient computer skills including microsoft office
  • knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively in english
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to multitask and work under time constraints
  • must be energetic and outgoing
  • able to work in team environment
  • follow all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to follow directions with accuracy

  • able to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • basic financial literacy and data entry skills
  • proficiency typing 45 wpm
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera preferred

Job Duties

  • walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning guest rooms
  • strip beds, remove soiled linen and trash
  • check under beds and sofas for debris and clean bedroom areas
  • vacuum, sweep and mop floors in guest areas
  • dust furniture and clean kitchen counters, cabinets, and refrigerators
  • clean bathroom counters, floors, showers, and tubs
  • report missing or found articles and maintenance issues
  • receive assignments and supplies from supervisor
  • respond courteously to guests and management, report guest issues
