Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Willingness to work evening shifts or have open availability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Adherence to company safety and security policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and web analytics tools preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
- Attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Understand and follow property safety and security procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle basic financial information and type 45 wpm
Job Duties
- Walk, kneel, stoop, and stand while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Strip beds and remove soiled linen and trash
- Check under beds and sofas for debris and clean bedroom areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms, balconies, and hallways
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, and clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Report missing articles, damage, or maintenance problems to supervisor
- Respond courteously to guests, managers, and associates and report guest issues
