Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Open availability or ability to work evening shifts
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Adherence to company safety and conduct policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience in hospitality or equivalent establishment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and web analytics preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Service oriented with excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, guest corridors, and elevators
  • Deliver items to guest rooms such as irons, towels, and extra pillows
  • Handle daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and pool/health club
  • Walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while performing cleaning duties
  • Strip beds, remove soiled linen, and dispose of trash properly
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and hallways
  • Report any missing/found articles, damage or maintenance problems to supervisor
  • Respond courteously to guests, managers, and associates
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
