Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Open availability including evenings
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop and stand for entire shift
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Customer service oriented
- Effective English communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in hospitality or equivalent
- Advanced computer software knowledge including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
- Knowledge of property safety and security procedures
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Basic arithmetic and financial information skills
- Typing speed of 45 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Strip beds and remove soiled linen, terry and trash from guestrooms
- Check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom and closet areas, and make beds
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in guest rooms, balconies and hallways
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, and other surfaces, clean kitchen counters and appliances
- Clean bathroom counters, floors, showers and tubs
- Report missing or found articles, damage, or maintenance problems to supervisor
- Receive and manage assigned section, keys, supplies and priority requests from Housekeeping Supervisor
- Respond in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests and coworkers
- Report all guest issues and complaints to management
