Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience in hospitality or equivalent
- open availability or able to work evening shifts
- able to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift
- able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office
- effective communication in English
- service oriented with customer service skills
- ability to follow instructions with speed and accuracy
- ability to multitask under time constraint

Job Duties
- walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- strip beds, remove soiled linen, terry and trash from guestrooms and take to appropriate locations
- check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom and closet area, and make beds
- vacuum, sweep and mop floors to ensure guest room areas, balconies and hallways are free from debris
- dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, planters and clean kitchen counters and appliances
- clean bathroom counters, floors, showers and tubs
- report missing or found articles, damage or maintenance problems to Housekeeping Supervisor
- receive assigned sections, keys, supplies and priority requests from Housekeeping Supervisor
- respond in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner to guests, managers and fellow associates
- report all guest issues and complaints to management
