Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read write speak and understand the English language
- Possess an affinity for working with seniors
- Professional and neat appearance and presentation including adherence to the dress code and good personal hygiene
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels

Job Duties
- Dust wall vents handrails ceiling fans baseboards furniture and blinds
- Vacuum spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately
- Check for and remove marks from walls
- Empty trash cans in resident apartments suites and common areas
- Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures
