Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of previous experience in environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning devices and washer/dryer equipment
- Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment
- Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of previous experience in environmental services is preferred
- Knowledge of and use of cleaning devices and washer/dryer equipment
- Ability to follow healthcare sanitation and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Handle, wash, dry and fold resident laundry and linens and return promptly to owner
- Ensure that resident personal clothing is properly identified and labeled
- Clean and disinfect dirty lavatories, beds, chairs, and equipment
- Sweep and mop resident rooms
- Clean all assigned rooms
