Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Possess an affinity for working with seniors
- Professional and neat appearance and presentation, including adherence to the dress code and good personal hygiene
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels

Job Duties
- Dust wall vents, handrails, ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture and blinds
- Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets and furniture as needed
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all paper goods and soap dispensers are stocked adequately
- Check for and remove marks from walls
- Empty trash cans in resident apartments/suites and common areas
- Follow proper cleaning and infection control policies and procedures
