Aspen Trace and CarDon are currently hiring dedicated Housekeeping staff for both full-time and part-time positions. Aspen Trace offers full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and part-time hours every other weekend from 8am to 5pm, with the ability to rotate holidays. Job Requirements
- Must be able to rotate holidays
- reliable and punctual
- able to work both full-time and part-time schedules as outlined
- physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred
- certification in cleaning management or related training is a plus
- experience working in a healthcare or residential facility is advantageous
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly
- assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly
- provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism
