Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests' concerns to create outstanding guest experiences
- ensure designated areas like offices, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms are meticulously cleaned
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers
- identify and address safety hazards immediately
- label all items in stockrooms accurately
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks
- attend to guest demands and contribute to guest room hygiene when required
