Job Qualifications

- basic understanding of cleaning tools and chemicals

Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests' concerns to create outstanding guest experiences
- ensure designated areas like offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms are meticulously cleaned
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors, dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers to demonstrate a welcoming environment
- immediately identify and address safety hazards to prevent accidents
- ensure all stockroom items are labeled accurately with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle distinct assignments
- attend to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when called upon
