Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays properly
- warmly greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards promptly
- label all items in stockrooms with designated identification tags
- complete comprehensive cleaning tasks and manage distinct assignments
- attend to guest demands and assist with guest room hygiene when required
