Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding Hilton’s integrity leadership teamwork and ownership principles
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices banquet meeting conference rooms public areas and restrooms
- promptly address guests concerns to create outstanding guest experiences and financial benefits
- carry out dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuum mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning and waxing floors and disposing of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers to demonstrate a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards immediately to prevent potential accidents
- label stockroom items accurately with designated identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and take charge of distinct assignments
- be attentive to guest demands and contribute to guest room hygiene when called upon
