Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for shifts on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning and maintenance
- Commitment to follow safety protocols

- No prior retail experience required
- Strong dedication to customer service and work ethics

Job Duties
- Conduct thorough cleaning of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and waste receptacles according to Kohl's guidelines
- Use authorized chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Track and manage inventory levels of cleaning materials and place orders as needed
- Arrange and secure cleaning provisions safely
- Complete essential training for chemical handling, equipment operation, and procedures
- Perform basic equipment maintenance following company protocols
- Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and update store staff
- Assist operations with product reception, stockroom organization, and omnichannel order fulfillment
- Greet customers pleasantly and offer assistance with product and service inquiries
- Adhere to ethical practices and promote inclusivity and teamwork
- Make sound decisions and involve appropriate parties when necessary
- Maintain a customer-focused approach by anticipating and meeting customer needs
- Achieve or exceed personal goals related to output and dedication
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently within set timeframes
- Follow safety regulations to protect associates and customers
- Receive and implement instructions from supervisors and managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
