Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment

Job Duties

Clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
Address guests' concerns promptly and courteously
Clean designated areas including offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and waxing floors
Dispose of garbage and ashtrays safely
Greet newcomers warmly and provide a welcoming environment
Identify and address safety hazards immediately
Label stockroom items accurately with identification tags
Accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and distinct assignments
Attend to guest demands and assist with guest room hygiene when called upon
