Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
strong attention to detail
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

carefully clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
promptly address guests' concerns to create outstanding guest experiences
ensure meticulously cleaned and maintained offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
perform tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, and disposing of garbage and ashtrays
demonstrate a welcoming environment by greeting newcomers warmly
identify and address safety hazards immediately to prevent accidents
accurately label all items in stockrooms with designated identification tags
accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and take charge of distinct assignments
be attentive to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when called upon
