Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned hotel areas
- promptly address guests' concerns to enhance guest experiences
- ensure offices, banquet, meeting, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
- shampoo carpets and wash windows
- clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays responsibly
- greet newcomers warmly to create a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards to prevent accidents
- label all stockroom items accurately
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks
- attend to guest room hygiene upon request
