Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Basic understanding of safety and health protocols

Job Duties

Clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel including offices, banquet, meeting and conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and wax floors
Dispose of garbage and ashtrays appropriately
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Identify and address safety hazards promptly
Label stockroom items accurately and maintain organized storage areas
Respond to guest demands and assist with guest room hygiene when required
