Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures

Job Duties

Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and conference rooms
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
Vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets and wash windows
Dispose of garbage and ashtrays properly
Greet guests warmly and respond to their concerns
Identify and address safety hazards immediately
Label and organize stockroom items with designated tags
