Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned hotel areas such as offices, banquet, meeting, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays properly
- warmly greet guests and newcomers
- promptly identify and address safety hazards
- accurately label items in stockrooms with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and distinct assignments
- respond to guest demands and help maintain hygiene in guest rooms when called upon
