Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet, meeting, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors
- Dispose of garbage and ashtrays properly
- Greet guests warmly and assist when needed
- Identify and address safety hazards immediately
- Ensure stockroom items are labeled accurately
- Complete comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle special assignments
- Attend to guest room hygiene upon request
