Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet, meeting, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
- shampoo carpets
- wash windows
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet guests and respond to their concerns
- identify and address safety hazards
- label items in stockrooms accurately
- perform comprehensive cleaning tasks
- assist with guest room hygiene when needed
