Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned hotel areas
- promptly address guests' concerns to ensure satisfaction
- clean offices, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
- maintain public areas and restrooms to standard
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers
- identify and address safety hazards
- label stockroom items accurately
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks
- assist with guest room hygiene when needed
