Job Qualifications

- previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests concerns to create outstanding guest experiences
- ensure designated areas like offices banquet meeting conference rooms public areas and restrooms are meticulously cleaned
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum mop sweep and shampoo carpets
- wash windows clean and wax floors dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- greet newcomers warmly to demonstrate a welcoming environment
- identify and address all safety hazards immediately
- label items in stockrooms accurately with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and manage distinct assignments
- respond to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when called upon
