Job Qualifications
- proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- good communication skills

- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests' concerns to enhance guest experience
- ensure offices, banquet, meeting, conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms are meticulously cleaned and maintained
- carry out tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, and disposing of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers to demonstrate a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards immediately to prevent accidents
- accurately label items in stockrooms with designated identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and take charge of distinct assignments
- attend to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when needed
