Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain park cabins, lodges, and company-owned private guest quarters
  • safely maintain assigned housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • ensure cabins are properly stocked and equipped
  • remove trash and used linens from guestrooms for cleaning preparation
  • set climate control on approved temperature settings
  • report maintenance issues discovered while cleaning
  • record location and turn in lost and found items
  • participate in other projects and activities as assigned
  • inspect cleanliness and setup of cabins and lodges to meet brand standards
  • work with housekeepers to clean all guestrooms
  • mentor housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards and operational efficiencies
  • review inspection results and coach staff for performance improvement
  • communicate room status via reservation system
  • collect, sort, and treat linens according to policy
  • operate washers and dryers and fold linens to company standards
  • monitor and report laundry supplies
  • clean appliances and report maintenance issues
  • track discarded linens and coordinate stock replenishment
  • assist teammates with linen collection and cleaning duties as needed
