Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
good communication and customer service skills
ability to work efficiently in a team environment

basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment
ability to understand and follow safety protocols

Job Duties

clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices banquet meeting conference rooms public areas and restrooms
dust and polish furniture and fixtures
vacuum mop sweep shampoo carpets wash windows clean and wax floors
dispose of garbage and ashtrays
warmly greet newcomers and guests
identify and address safety hazards promptly
accurately label stockroom items with identification tags
perform comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle distinct assignments
respond to guest demands and maintain guest room hygiene when required
