Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- promptly address guests' concerns to create outstanding guest experiences and financial benefits
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors, and dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet newcomers to demonstrate a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards to prevent potential accidents
- ensure accurate labeling of items in stockrooms with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and take responsibility for distinct assignments
- respond to guest demands and assist with maintaining hygiene in guest rooms when called upon
