Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Strong communication skills

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including guest rooms, banquet and conference rooms, public spaces, and restrooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows, clean and wax floors
- Dispose of garbage and ashtrays appropriately
- Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming environment
- Identify and address safety hazards promptly
- Label and organize stockroom items accurately
- Complete comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle specific assignments
- Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping promptly
