Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping preferably in luxury hotel
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driving license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Preferred experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Perform turndown service and clean guest rooms to exact standards
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas
- Close drapes, reduce lighting, play music, and prepare beds
- Restock towels and amenities such as shampoo and lotions
- Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown service
- Interact with guests to provide hospitality and accommodate special requests
- Maintain a comfortable and inviting guest room environment
