Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Job Duties

Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet, meeting and conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, and disposing of garbage and ashtrays
Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming environment
Identify and address safety hazards promptly to prevent accidents
Label items in stockrooms accurately with designated identification tags
Complete thorough cleaning tasks and manage special assignments
Respond attentively to guest demands and assist with guest room hygiene when needed
