Job Duties
- The Hilton hotel requires a Housekeeping Staff to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas of the hotel and provide excellent customer service to guests, all while increasing financial profitability
- The core job of a Housekeeping Staff is to carefully clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises, together with promptly addressing guests' concerns, with the intention of creating outstanding guest experiences and financial benefits
- The core of your responsibility as an assistant involves ensuring that designated areas like offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms are meticulously cleaned and maintained to meet the appropriate standards
- The work requires carrying out numerous tasks, such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, and disposing of garbage and ashtrays
- Demonstrate a welcoming environment by warmly greeting newcomers
- Ensure that all safety hazards are immediately identified and addressed to prevent any potential accidents
- Ensure all items in stockrooms are labeled accurately with designated identification tags
- Accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and take charge of distinct assignments
- Be attentive to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms, when called upon
