Job Qualifications

- experience in housekeeping or related field preferred

- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Duties
- Carefully clean and maintain assigned sections of the hotel premises
- promptly address guests' concerns to enhance guest experiences and profitability
- ensure offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays properly
- warmly greet newcomers to create a welcoming environment
- identify and address safety hazards immediately
- label all stockroom items accurately with designated identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks and handle distinct assignments
- respond to guest demands and contribute to the hygiene of guest rooms when called upon
