Job Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
  • Be able to maintain the confidentiality of clients receiving services
  • Approved background check
  • Pre-employment drug screening including cannabis/thc
  • Understand and comply with the 6 month waiting period policy for former clients before applying
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
  • Prior experience working in healthcare or behavioral health settings is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize program facilities and offices
  • Maintain supply inventory and restock cleaning materials
  • Ensure common areas, restrooms, and client spaces are hygienic
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables in compliance with agency policies
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to facilities management
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold a safe and healthy environment
