Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
- Be able to maintain the confidentiality of clients receiving services
- Approved background check
- Pre-employment drug screening including cannabis/thc
- Understand and comply with the 6 month waiting period policy for former clients before applying
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Prior experience working in healthcare or behavioral health settings is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize program facilities and offices
- Maintain supply inventory and restock cleaning materials
- Ensure common areas, restrooms, and client spaces are hygienic
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in compliance with agency policies
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to facilities management
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a safe and healthy environment
