Job Requirements

  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Willingness to adhere to established cleanliness and infection control standards
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Commitment to resident privacy and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to exhibit a positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills to address resident concerns
  • Reliability in attendance and task completion
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing resident needs
  • Neat and clean personal appearance

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents, staff, and guests
  • Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
  • Address resident concerns in a timely manner
  • Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
  • Respect residents' rights and adapt to changing resident needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information
  • Demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
  • Present with a neat, clean appearance
