Job Requirements
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to adhere to established cleanliness and infection control standards
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Commitment to resident privacy and confidentiality

- Ability to exhibit a positive customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to address resident concerns

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing resident needs
- Neat and clean personal appearance
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
- Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents, staff, and guests
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Address resident concerns in a timely manner
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
- Respect residents' rights and adapt to changing resident needs
- Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information
- Demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- Present with a neat, clean appearance
