Job Duties
- Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly and willing to assist others
- Adapt and respond flexibly to changing resident needs while respecting residents' rights
- Complete work independently with personal initiative and minimal supervision
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- Communicate resident concerns to management promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Present a neat and clean appearance
