Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
- Be able to maintain the confidentiality of clients receiving services
- Approved background check

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and safely handle cleaning chemicals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of confidentiality in a healthcare environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of agency facilities including offices, program areas, and restrooms
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Maintain client confidentiality while performing duties
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to management
- Support team efforts to uphold a clean and welcoming atmosphere
