Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or country club environment preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or country club environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday
  • Commitment to compassion and empathy in resident interactions

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and respectful demeanor
  • Follow instructions accurately in English and communicate effectively
  • Anticipate resident needs and respond promptly
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Engage positively with residents and build trusting relationships
