Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or country club environment preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or country club environment preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and respectful demeanor
- Follow instructions accurately in English and communicate effectively
- Anticipate resident needs and respond promptly
- Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Engage positively with residents and build trusting relationships
