Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or country club environment preferred
  • ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to perform cleaning tasks physically

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
  • follow detailed cleaning schedules and safety protocols
  • communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • provide excellent customer service with empathy and respect
  • maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance
  • anticipate and respond to residents' needs promptly
  • assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
