Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Commitment to providing compassionate care
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service abilities
- Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a senior living environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
- Follow instructions in English and communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Deliver high levels of customer service through warm greetings and courteous interactions
- Anticipate residents' needs and respond promptly and enthusiastically
- Uphold community standards of safety, professionalism, and appearance
- Participate actively in residents' lives and extend care beyond departmental responsibilities
- Ensure attention to detail in all housekeeping tasks
