Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities
  • Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a senior living environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
  • Follow instructions in English and communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Deliver high levels of customer service through warm greetings and courteous interactions
  • Anticipate residents' needs and respond promptly and enthusiastically
  • Uphold community standards of safety, professionalism, and appearance
  • Participate actively in residents' lives and extend care beyond departmental responsibilities
  • Ensure attention to detail in all housekeeping tasks
