Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work full time Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including standing, walking, and lifting
  • Willingness to embrace company values and culture of caring

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure daily cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
  • Follow instructions effectively and communicate clearly in English
  • Provide a high degree of customer service and greet residents warmly by name
  • Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
  • Anticipate residents' needs and act accordingly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment
  • Collaborate with team members to support a caring culture
