Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including standing, walking, and lifting
- Willingness to embrace company values and culture of caring
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure daily cleanliness and sanitation of assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture
- Follow instructions effectively and communicate clearly in English
- Provide a high degree of customer service and greet residents warmly by name
- Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
- Anticipate residents' needs and act accordingly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment
- Collaborate with team members to support a caring culture
