  • clean bathrooms and remove trash
  • check appliance presence and functionality
  • straighten furniture and desk items
  • dust and polish furnishings
  • vacuum carpets and perform floor care
  • follow safety and security policies
  • report maintenance issues and hazards
  • complete safety training
  • maintain professional appearance
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • assist individuals with disabilities
