Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • no known allergies to household pets
  • must pass a background check
  • high school diploma or GED
  • must love cleaning
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must be able to work individually and with a team
  • previous cleaning experience is a plus (not required)
  • a valid drivers license is a plus (not required)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • helpful with customer service orientation
  • prioritization and time management skills
  • professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
  • knowledge of English language

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy all areas to the Molly Maid standard within time limits
  • deliver excellent customer service
  • create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
  • maintain your equipment
  • report on any shortages, damages, or security issues to office staff
  • handle reasonable guests' complaints/requests and inform others when required
  • check stocking levels of all consumables
  • comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
