Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Compliance with company safety policies
  • Professional appearance and confidentiality maintenance

Job Duties

  • Prepare room availability reports
  • Verify room status and identify discrepancies
  • Prioritize and assign room cleaning tasks
  • Update room status for departing guests
  • Coordinate between housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry departments
  • Document and resolve discrepancies with front desk
  • Ensure rooms marked with "Do Not Disturb" are managed appropriately
  • Complete required departmental paperwork
  • Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Greet and anticipate guest needs
  • Support team objectives and communicate effectively
  • Use computer systems for information management
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned
