Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Availability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Compliance with company safety policies
- Professional appearance and confidentiality maintenance

Job Duties
- Prepare room availability reports
- Verify room status and identify discrepancies
- Prioritize and assign room cleaning tasks
- Update room status for departing guests
- Coordinate between housekeeping, engineering, front desk, and laundry departments
- Document and resolve discrepancies with front desk
- Ensure rooms marked with "Do Not Disturb" are managed appropriately
- Complete required departmental paperwork
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Greet and anticipate guest needs
- Support team objectives and communicate effectively
- Use computer systems for information management
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned
